FREE BIRDS deals with a pizza eating, Presidential pardoned turkey named Reggie (Owen Wilson) who finds his calling in the world when he meets up with another turkey named Jake (Woody Harrelson), who's on a mission to travel back in time to the first Thanksgiving in an effort to get themselves off the holiday menu. Many unfunny jokes and bland animation to follow.
This grizzled mess is available for streaming on Amazon, VUDU, and YouTube, but as always, you're better off leaving this time traveling leftover to us and reheating some old favorites like BACK TO THE FUTURE or THE TERMINATOR instead.
